I started doing CrossFit in 2016 at 35. When they say that anyone can do this, I truly believe it! 9 years later and I’m still loving it.
I’ve always been active. I was in cheer, dance, volleyball, basketball, softball and track growing up. The biggest enemy was always my head. That nagging voice that kept saying “you’re not good enough”. Honestly, some days I still hear it. So I pour into others because I know if I’m hearing it, others are too.
From kiddos to senior adults, I really love coaching everyone. From watching a kiddo learn how to jump rope or watching a senior overhead squat with good form…. I’m really happy for that athlete. Building confidence is what I’m here for!
