Crossfit L2 coach
In high school and my early 20s: I was a lover of all foods, hater of all things fitness until I found running and step class. Early 40’s I went on to get licensed in Zumba and Bokwa…more cardio! All the things to keep me moving but yet nothing really that made an actual “mark”. To lift weights in the gym with just me and my headphones alone were super boring so that didn't last.
In 2016 I stepped into my first CrossFit gym and right away was hooked, not only to the physical aspect of the visible changes that were happening to my body, but the nutritional and mental aspect as well, changing the way I felt inside and out! I mean being able to come home and tell the hubby “Hey! I could seriously deadlift you and then some!” is greatness!
Since CrossFit, I feel better, look better, and have the desire to be better in all areas of my life! I discovered that with my mind and body together, there was strength I didn't even know I had, both inner and outer strength. And it’s because of this, that when I was asked in 2018 if I wanted to be a CrossFit L1 Trainer, now an L2 trainer, I jumped on the opportunity! Being able to watch others grow and change in this community has been amazing and I get to be a part of it!
