How it Works
Step 1: Book Your Trial & Show Up For Your First Session
Click "Book a Free Trial" to schedule the start day of your free trial. Make sure to arrive a few minutes before your first session and check-in at our front desk—one of our coaches will greet you and show you around.
Step 2: Meet a Coach & See the Gym
First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be in shape to join?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- What membership plan is right for me?
Step 3: Commit to a Routine & Start Seeing Results
Consistency is key. Stick with your routine, show up for yourself, and you’ll start to see real progress—in and out of the gym.
